Please read the General Terms and Conditions of Yomen’S Supply Service SAS (“GTC”)
carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the www.just-save-it.com website. This is the sales site of Yomen’S Supply Service SAS.
By placing an order with Yomen’S Supply Service SAS, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in the version in effect at the time of your order. Our Legal Notice provides all information about Yomen’S Supply Service SAS. Such as the address of its registered office.
In addition, there are other terms and policies that supplement these T&Cs, as set out below, including our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which describes how we collect, use and process your personal data, and our VAT Policy, which provides further information on the rate of VAT that may apply to an order placed on our Site.
1. Yomen’S Supply Service SAS reserves the right to modify this Site and these Yomen’S Supply Service SAS Terms at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review the Yomen’S Supply Service SAS Terms each time you access this Site.
2. Terms and conditions of sale
“Just Save It is the smart solution for protecting personal documents against loss.
“Just Save It” consists of a label and a transparent adhesive, both cleverly combined. This solution has been designed to offer you the possibility to be contacted efficiently in case of loss of your documents.
Once the order is placed, our machines print your product directly. Your order is processed with care and delivered to the post office for delivery to your address.
3. Refunds and returns.
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it or receive a refund, as the printing is done automatically. The printed label is dedicated to the customer and cannot be used by any other customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are allowed to stick the “Just Save It” label on the documents they wish to protect. It is clear that hot or cold laminating of documents has never been a problem for anyone, unless we are mistaken. The customer takes full responsibility for the use of our labels in the way he/she decides.
4. Delivery, Title and Risk
Yomen’S Supply Service SAS will deliver the Products to the address specified in the Order Confirmation, provided that all applicable payments have been received in full by their appropriate due date. They will be packaged in accordance with Yomen’S Supply Service SAS’s standard methods and delivered by postal services. Any time frame quoted is an estimate.
4.2. The customer accepts that the risk of loss and title to any Printed Products passes to you on delivery to our carrier.
4.1.
The client is obliged to carefully and immediately inspect all Products upon arrival and to report any defects, non-conformities or damages immediately by email to info@just-save-it.com.
4.2.
The customer must contact Yomen’S Supply Service SAS Customer Service in writing at this address: Yomen’S Supply Service SAS, located at 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris (including by e-mail) or by telephone to declare any defects, non-conformities or damages within 14 days after receipt of the Products. If the customer does not inform Yomen’S Supply Service SAS in due time after receipt as indicated in this article, this will result in the cancellation of the Product warranty and/or the Absolute Satisfaction warranty.
5. Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal (or cancellation) which is granted to consumers who enter into distance selling contracts, allowing them to withdraw from the contract (or cancel it) without reason and without charge within 14 days of receiving the goods, does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
5.1.
The products ordered from Yomen’S Supply Service SAS are personalised by the customer, and the customer cannot therefore exercise his right of withdrawal.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE CONTINUOUS OR ERROR-FREE. WHILE WE USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO DISPLAY PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES ACCURATELY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Yomen’S Supply Service SAS’s Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please preview your data carefully and correct any errors before placing your order. Yomen’S Supply Service SAS does not check the documents created by its customers before processing them.
8. Comments on the Site
All comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (collectively, “Feedback”) sent to Yomen’S Supply Service SAS in connection with the operation of this Site, including its content or any of the Products we offer and/or provide, must be sent by the sender and received by Yomen’S Supply Service SAS on a non-confidential basis. Such comments, suggestions and other information shall become the exclusive property of Yomen’S Supply Service SAS. By submitting such information to Yomen’S Supply Service SAS, you agree to transfer and assign, free of charge, all of your rights, title and interest in and to such information, including copyright and other intellectual property rights. The party with whom you are contracting and the seller of the products/services offered and sold on this Site is Yomen’S Supply Service SAS, a French Société À Simplifiée.

All matters relating to the protection, infringement or misappropriation of copyrighted materials are governed by the copyright laws of the United States of America. All other matters relating to your access to or use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of France. You agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to any sale governed by these Yomen’S Supply Service SAS Terms.
11.2.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising out of your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Paris, France. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Paris, France, and consent to the jurisdiction of those courts in any such legal action or proceeding. You also agree not to deny the jurisdiction of any court sitting in Paris, France, in any action or proceeding involving Yomen’S Supply Service SAS.
11.3.
We recognise that in some countries you may have certain rights as a consumer. If you are using the services of the Site or ordering a Product for your own personal use, nothing in these Terms or the Additional Terms limits the legal rights of consumers which cannot be waived by contract.
